Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier workload:

• UK & EU: 5–10 business days
• North America: 7–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Any customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees are charged by your local authorities and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we cannot redirect parcels once shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.

Packaging: artworks and miniatures are carefully protected; slight box wear can occur during transit and is not considered a defect. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Pre-orders / made-to-order items will include the estimated dispatch window on the product page; ordering such items means you accept that window.

Payment

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Apple Pay / Google Pay may be available depending on your device and region.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Shipping is calculated at checkout. You will be charged at the time of order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.

If your bank uses 3‑D Secure or additional checks, you may be asked to verify the payment. Orders may be cancelled and refunded automatically if payment is not completed.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms of sale. You confirm that the information you provide (including delivery details) is accurate and complete.

Intellectual Property: all artworks, designs, images, and text are the property of Vox Aetern’Art and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a physical piece or file does not grant copyright or licensing rights.

Availability & Pricing: products, prices, and shipping rates may change without notice. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refunds

Change-of-mind returns: you may cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom or made-to-order items (including limited, numbered, hand‑finished pieces) are non‑returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

To start a return, contact us at voxaeternart@outlook.com within 14 days, including your order number and photos if the item is damaged. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Terms of Service

Use of this website is subject to the following rules. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
